By booking with Neat Media, you agree to the terms below.

Booking and payment

• Bookings are confirmed once accepted and any required deposit is received.
• Final files are delivered after payment terms are met.

Rescheduling and cancellations

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible.
• Weather-related changes may be rescheduled to maintain quality.

Usage rights

• Media is licensed for listing and marketing use by the booking client unless otherwise agreed.
